What is Kitchari?
Kitchari [Pronounced Kit-Char-ree] is an Ancient Ayurvedic cleanse recipe that has been cultivated for thousands of years. It’s purpose it simple and the recipe is designed to initiate digestive warmth and comfort while also enabling detox and release.
How does it do it? Kitchari is comprised of many ingredients, primarily organic mung dal and basmati rice. These two foods unite to form a perfect plant based protein that is easy for the body to digest. This clean and nutritious base is supplemented with numerous digestive herbs and spices. Our signature blend includes Bay Leaves, Parsley, Black Pepper, Cardamom Pods, Whole Cloves, Forest Mushrooms, Cumin Seeds, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Mustard Seeds & Rosemary. Spices aren’t just full of flavor, each one contains a soothing rhythm and multiple contours of diverse vitamins and minerals that the body needs to thrive, function, and feel its best.

A Kitchari Cleanse gives the mind and body something pristine + routine to focus on and perfect. The added calm allows the body to operate with reduced tension, therefore enabling the body to release unwanted weight with a guided shift in personal comfort. The warming qualities of Kitchari are alkaline forming and able to build serotonin in the gut. Give your body joy and it will give you energy.
